Viktoriya Kanapatskaya and Miyuka Kimoto earned a spot in the NCAA Doubles Championships bracket, Syracuse tennis announced Monday.

The duo currently ranks No. 35 in Division I after collectively winning 39 total matches and 20 doubles matches in the 2023-24 season. Kanapatskaya and Kimoto led the Orange in doubles, with a 5-3 record overall and went 4-3 in Atlantic Coast Conference matches.

The pairing’s best matchup came against then-No. 5 Virginia when they defeated the Cavaliers’ then-No. 14 duo Melodie Collard and Elaine Chervinsky 6-2, earning SU’s first doubles point of the season against an ACC opponent.

The NCAA Championships take place in Stillwater, Okla., at the Greenwood Tennis Center, with doubles action beginning May 21.
